설명

마무리 공장과 코일러 사이를 위치시키는 층 냉각 롤러는 핫 스트립 롤링 밀의 냉각 테이블에 적용됩니다. 스트립의 온도는 코일링의 정상적인 작동을 보장하기 위해 수냉에 의해 단단히 제어됩니다. 층류 냉각 롤은 주로 내부 냉각 롤과 외부 냉각 롤로 나뉩니다. 핫 롤링 밀이 작동 중일 때, 핫 롤링 스트립과 롤 사이에 마찰이 발생하며, 그 동안 냉각 롤 표면은 순환 물에서 반복적 인 침식 및 냉각을받습니다. 화염 스프레이 웰링 장비는 롤러 표면에 특정 두께가있는 하드 금속 합금 층을 적용하여 층 냉각 롤러 테이블의 마모, 열 및 산화 저항을 개선 할 수 있습니다.

애플리케이션
